Tilen Čuk and Louise Fromont will participate in the XXVIIth FIDE Congress in Budapest from 18 May to 21 May 2016. The International Federation for European Law unites various national associations for European law and is devoted to the study and development of the law and institutions of the European Union. They will deliver a lecture at the Doctoral Student Conference on the following topic : « The ECB, the non-conventional measures and the confusion of competences between the European Union and its Member States ».
