Prof. Ludovic Hennebel has been appointed by the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee for a 3-year mandate as member of the working group on communications (former 1503 procedure), one of the body in charge of assessing gross human rights violations complaints. This complaint procedure has been established to address consistent patterns of gross and reliably attested violations of all human rights and all fundamental freedoms occurring in any part of the world and under any circumstances.
