Ivana Isailović will present her paper Reframing the Kiobel Case : Political Recognition and State Jurisdiction at the Dean Maxwell and Isle Cohen Seminar in International Law at McGill University. In her contribution, she examines the normative effects of the recent US Supreme Court decision in Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum concerning the reach of the Alien Tort Statute.
