Sarah Ganty’s paper concerns the prohibition of discrimination on the ground of social condition as a tool to protect socio-economically underprivileged people. Moritz Baumgärtel will address the question of the effectiveness of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the EU as bodies for the promotion of migrant rights.
