On September 18, Gregory Lewkowicz will deliver a lecture at HEC-Paris entitled « Global Regulation of Corporate Social Responsibility : From Advertising to Compliance Programs ». The lecture will focus on the contemporary dynamic of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its “juridification”. The lecture will put emphasis on the various regulatory instruments used in the regulation of CSR, their multiple interactions, and on the strategies developed by companies and stakeholders. The development of global compliance programs and of global internal investigations, especially in the fight against corruption, will receive special attention.
