The Berkeley Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Conference is taking place in Shanghai on 9 and 10 May 2016. In collaboration with Emmanuelle Bribosia, Isabelle Rorive is presenting a paper entitled « The cracks of anti-discrimination law ». The international event is hosted by the Berkeley Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law Study Group, the KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Constitutionalism Research Institute, China University of Political Science and Law.
