The Right to Be Forgotten as a Human Right

Following action research carried out by the Equality Law Clinic, Isabelle Rorive will take part in a conference organised by the association « Ending Discrimination Against Cancer Survivors ». She will participate in a round table chaired by Françoise Tulkens at the Fondation universitaire (Brussels). Faced with the rising number of cancer cases and the growing number of people who recover from the disease, how should the law approach the tension between a favourable medical prognosis and the prudential approach of insurance companies?
