This draft bibliography was issued in the context of the Janus Project funded by the Communauté Française de Belgique. It aims at proposing a comprehensive bibliography of books and articles concerning the philosophy and history of international law and relations from ancient times to the present. The bibliography is organized on the basis of Grewe’s Epochs of International Law periodization.
